Morris Long Auger Drill Bit
These high quality High Carbon Steel Auger Drill Bits have a single outer spur that cuts a ring around the diameter of the hole being drilled and a unique precision ground cutting lip chips away the waste.
The design of the flute allows rapid removal of shavings and the self centering 'feed screw point' allows accurate placement of the drill on the material to be drilled.
The chuck end has three Non-Slip Flats, that are precision CNC milled and are suitable for low speed power and battery drills with a ½” 'Jacobs' style chuck . They can easily be hand sharpened with a fine file.
